There are 6,697 m² of natural grounds to enjoy, with just 150 metres down to the water.
For those who are not familiar with Bovet, it is a large protected natural area along the inner part of Bovet Bay, consisting of heathland and coastal meadows. Many birds rest or breed in the area.
The house is close to Østerby Harbour (2.000 m), which, with its charming North Jutland atmosphere, offers a fishing harbour, a large marina, an inn, a grocery store, cafés, restaurants, shopping opportunities, a maritime playground and, not least, a very popular fish shop.
THE HOLIDAY HOME was built in 2021 and consists of a main house of approx. 65 m² and an annex of approx. 27 m².
A Type 2 socket for charging an electric car has been installed. There is a gas barbecue, an energy-efficient heat pump, wireless internet, Smart TV with Chromecast and German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, English and Danish channels.
Pets are welcome.
THE MAIN HOUSE has been designed with a focus on both comfort and aesthetics. The high-ceilinged rooms with large window sections bring the light and the views right inside.
The house consists of an open plan living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower cubicle and underfloor heating, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 room with 4 bunk beds.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you need. It is a place that makes you want to prepare meals during your holiday.
Læsø is rich in excellent local produce. You can find freshly caught fish, organic meat from locally raised cattle and, in season, freshly harvested potatoes, vegetables and, not least, chanterelle mushrooms for sale at the small roadside stalls.
THE ANNEX consists of a separate room with a toilet and underfloor heating, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and two rooms. One has a bunk bed, and the other has a sofa bed. Both rooms have TV and sea views.
The large TERRACE is undoubtedly one of the most attractive places to spend time – here you can enjoy the magnificent landscape. The terrace wraps around both buildings, allowing you to move the tables and chairs around and always find the perfect spot, whether you want to sit in the sun or find shelter from the wind.
The terrace as well as the holiday home are wheelchair accessible.
