Som sommerhusudlejer bør du være opmærksom på at folk kan forsøge at svindle dig.

Vi ønsker at du skal være i stand til at genkende en svindler, hvis han henvender sig og har derfor samlet en række eksempler på henvendelser fra svindlere i denne artikel.

Takket være vores svindel detekteringssystem advarer vores system for det meste automatisk om mistænkelig adfærd i forbindelse med henvendelser til vores sommerhusudlejere, men vi vil dog stadig meget gerne høre fra dig, hvis du som sommerhusudlejer modtager en henvendelse der virker mistænkelig.

Tegn på at der kan være tale svindel kan være følgende:
- Dårligt sprog med stavefejl.
- Ønsker at betale med check.
- Er yderst fleksibel med leje datoer.
- Ønsker at du også varetager booking af cykler, lejebil eller andet.
- Er kommanderende i tonen.

Thanks for your prompt response less i forget when I was returning to active duty, I left instructions and a Cheque which I think contains a figure for the total of which your bill came up to and more money, which I will love you to turn over to a travel agent, who will make arrangements for Flight tickets, car hire, a guide and other services for the couple.

On receipt of the cheque payment you will deduct your rental fees and send the balance to an agent who will arrange for the other things I desire like tickets and all. As I write the agent is supposed to contact me through e-mail to assert his ability to take me up on the offer of logistics for the couple.

If its ok? let me know I will instruct the cheque to be sent to you by overnight mail. I intended the cheque to be made use of in another arrangement for them on a trip to Hawaii but for less number of days, but since they are off their jobs they can spend more time together I think. Hence the 21 days away I want to give them instead. I can sign rental agreement papers online and attach via email anyway if any need be.

The guests names are Lisa and frank Mahone. I think the information given here so far is sufficient. So,confirm this and provide me with the followings:

for payment to be delivered to you.

Its very not that easy to look for a long term holidays over the net,i have take a closer look at your property which i saw in American web site, well i guess its will be more O.K if i write you to know about the property in details.

Checking in date will be May 01 09.
Checking out date will be May 20 2009.

Or alternatively if its will not be possible for the 2 week rentals we can as well start the rentals right from

Checking in date will be June 01 09.
Checking Out will be June 20 09 .

Its will be either 2 weeks rentals or alternatively more than 2 weeks rentals,for the details about the property.

Firstly about the Locations of the property.

Secondly The cost for the Rental for the choosing dates total price needed for the two weeks rentals.

Thirdly we required for discount for the cost. Its should not be a problem using a personal Brand New Pc?,We just got married some couple of months ago,so we felt we should relocate for two weeks or,Am from Paris and my wife is right from Canada Richmond,i will expect to have your answer.Its will be only me and my wife..Let me have the total rentals price for the 2 weeks rentals..
